I am currently accepting new patients. 

In regards to payment, I am currently accepting MHN, Modern Health, and fee-for-service. Fee-for-service, which means I see individuals who pay on their own rather than using insurance, is $225 for the initial session and $200 for for follow-up sessions.

I also accept  Health Savings Account (HSA) debit/credit cards (read more below). 

Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted. I use the Square Up payment service so you will need to bring your credit/debit card to each session.  

If you cannot afford the fees mentioned above, there are a couple exceptions. One exception is that you can use the Health Savings Account (HSA) debit/credit card your employer provides you as a part of your health insurance plan. The other exception is referred to as sliding scale, which means that you and I come to an agreement about what you can afford to pay. I provide sliding scale to help individuals in need of treatment yet who can only afford to pay so much; unfortunately, I can only offer a couple sliding scale appointments/sessions. Both of these exceptions require us to have an initial consultation so you are highly encouraged to contact me so that we may discuss these options.
